Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
