Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for the crew.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working order.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Safety First: Must adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
