Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, excavating, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists accurately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
- Safety Mindset: Must adhere to all OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly from site supervisors.
