Responsibilities
- Load/un construction materials using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with debris removal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Perform site preparation including excavation and grading
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
