Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized, hazard-free job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Kansas City metro
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional evenings
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
