Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and equipment operation
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with strict adherence to OSHA standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with proficiency and safety
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-6PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
