Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, jackhammers, and generators.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparation of materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones as directed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Prior construction labor or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
