Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, cleaning, and setting up work areas.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various manual tasks as directed.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by disposing of waste and debris properly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Attire: Must be willing to provide and wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toed boots recommended).
