Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Transport materials and equipment using hand trucks or forklifts (with certification)
- Participate in weekend-only shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 6AM-6PM
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for 100% weekend availability (no weekday conflicts)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Construction experience preferred but not required
