Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywalling, or concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, sweeping, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific instructions provided by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
