Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures immediately.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we teach you the trade.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
