Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions diligently.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- No previous construction experience required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Valid ID or Social Security Number (for I-9 compliance).
