Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, IL location.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
