Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading land to meet project specifications.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and tools, including skid steers and forklifts, under strict supervision.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including pouring concrete, framing, or assisting electricians and plumbers with installations.
- Site Clean-up: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times to ensure strict safety compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring all work meets the company's high standards for durability and finish.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended hours.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently with a punctual attendance record.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow complex instructions from supervisors.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid Driver's License and Social Security Number.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus but not required for motivated applicants.
