Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks and projects.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste materials.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Demolish structures or surfaces as required for new projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting, standing, and walking.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Colorado Springs.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
