Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and general site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and construction materials efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
