Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing construction sites for new builds.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels, under supervision.
- Support Duties: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople as required.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring debris is removed and safety protocols are followed.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must have excellent stamina and physical health.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is preferred.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Safety: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
