Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, framers) with various on-site tasks, including material handling and setup.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites to maintain efficiency.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under direct supervision.
- Perform daily cleanup of the job site, ensuring debris is removed and the area is safe for operations.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Support the team with digging, trenching, and general site preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Minneapolis worksite.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior crew members.
