Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Assist with basic demolition, framing, and concrete work under supervision
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, hazard-free job site
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
