Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and trash disposal.
- Perform basic digging, tamping, and leveling tasks under supervision.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (wheelbarrows, saws, drills) safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; a strong work ethic is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
