Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and diagrams when necessary.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
