Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and cleaning construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and hazards.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to meet project milestones.
- Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled to support project timelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Must be available and willing to work weekend shifts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
