Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions provided by foremen and supervisors.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction as directed.
- Assist with basic carpentry, drywall hanging, and taping when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as required.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
