Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, grading, and leveling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as holding materials, cleaning areas, and operating basic tools.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team environment.
