Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general labor.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power drills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and debris removal as directed.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Experience with construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends.
