Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general labor tasks such as concrete pouring assistance, framing, or landscaping support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shift hours.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
