Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, unloading materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Assist with site preparation, equipment setup, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly with proper technique.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland job site.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
