Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site as directed by the site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by project schedules.
- Knowledge of basic construction safety practices is highly desirable.
