Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex installations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
