Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Assist with foundation and framing tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid US driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Team player with positive attitude
