Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout workday
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain)
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills) preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Construction certification (OSHA 10/30) a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills
