Responsibilities
- Assist in construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Report job progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
