Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and site instructions precisely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Minimum 1 year construction experience required
