Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic hand tools
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project instructions
- Participate in team-based construction projects on residential and commercial sites
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Complete daily timesheets and attend weekly team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
