Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and project execution
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and remove debris/hazards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and material transport
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at heights
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
