Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Preferable: OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Preferable: Previous labor or warehouse experience
