Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, site clearing, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management
- Collaborate with diverse crews to meet tight project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
