Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and tools safely using proper techniques
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks like concrete pouring and framing
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
