Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment (hammers, saws, shovels, etc.) under supervision
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Read and interpret simple instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading construction materials
- Support infrastructure projects including roadwork and utility installation
Qualifications
- No experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
