Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and earthwork tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding and temporary structures
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Enforce strict OSHA safety protocols
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment
- Flexibility for extended hours and weekend shifts
- Blueprint reading certification preferred
