Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barricades, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, tool management, and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (provided free)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain)
