Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and debris at job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in teams
