Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision to aid in the construction process.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywalling, or finishing as needed.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
