Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and concrete placement.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and staging areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific rules.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing and walking.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
