Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- 18+ years of age with valid ID
