Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and power tools.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform demolition, excavation, and general site preparation duties.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other construction materials.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50+ pounds frequently.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
