Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and on-site estimates.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Jose building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Document work orders and maintain accurate time records.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage, and water heating systems.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
