Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and secure them properly on-site.
- Follow all safety regulations, site-specific instructions, and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform minor cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Cleveland, OH.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as project needs arise.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
