Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, painting, or concrete pouring as directed.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure site safety by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize the job site to maximize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina required to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
