Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, lifting, and general cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions provided by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as project needs arise.
